How to delete

In the app: open the Plan tab → Delete account → confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

By email: write to support@lavit.io from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Journey account". We confirm and complete the deletion within 7 days. Coach and admin accounts are always deleted this way (their club data needs a handover).

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, targets, settings).
• All food logs, nutrition estimates, weight, water, steps, workouts and personal records.
• Gym memberships, messages with coaches, and notifications.

What is retained

Financial documents issued through a gym's billing (invoices/receipts) are retained as required by tax law. Anonymous technical metering that is no longer linked to you may be retained.
